A Few Questions...

Hey All!

Getting ready for my short film shoot and have some questions about the HVX-200...again.

Should I insert the P2 card into my PowerBook, copy the contents to a folder, then import the files straight from my hard drive instead of from the P2 card? I would like to do that to make the shoot go faster, but I need to know if this is OK to do. Thanks.

I would and I always do copy to a folder, and not import directly from the card.

Well, I'm renting the HVX-200, so I don't really want to buy anything for it.

Another question:

Can I edit the MXF files natively in any editing program? Can I edit them in Premier Pro?
