(720p 24fps workflow for FCP V.5.1.2)

Is there somone out there that can tell me how to go about:

1. Transfering raw footage to FCP from P2 cards inside the HVX.
2. Exporting to DVD (Best quality possible)

I know that is a lot to ask, but I'm just asking.
 
Mount the cam on the desktop using the firewire connect mode.

Copy the p2 card "No Name" to the desktop.

Open Final Cut Pro 5.1.2, and import p2 card.

Edit.

Export QuickTime/current settings, audio and video, no recompression

Use the appropriate preset in Compressor to encode. Encode audio to Dolby2, -31 normalization.

Import into DVD SP, author DVD, burn.
