GH2 60 D vs GH-2

If you ever need to record 25fps - European tv standard - you can't do that with a GH2. If you're only EVER going to do frame rate agnostic subject matter (for internet streaming) then the GH2 is the better choice given it's lack of aliasing and moiree compared to the 60D, and the 60D's 12 min clip limit.

What in all of the internet is frame-rate-agnostic lol?

GH2 also has been shown to have better color rendering and dynamic range than the 60D. Also, electronic viewfinder of the GH2 is EXTREMELY helpful for video.

Does anyone has a link to a test that shows the gh2 dynamic range compared to the 60D. I have no reference showing better dynamic range from the gh2.

After my own research and this discussion I have decided that GH2 is the choice for me. Are any of the kit lenses worth it or should I go with body only and go separately. Considering I am on a tight budget the version with the 14mm-140mm seems the most interesting. Thoughts?

I have the 14-140 and love it. Kinda slow, but other than that, it's sharp, OIS is effective, and its zoom range is uncommonly wide to uncommonly telephoto. After that, I'd get a 20mm f1.7, which I also own. Its my sharpest lens, even wide open, and my fastest lens.

Thanks for all the advice CColton. I think I will go with 14-140mm and then grab the pancake 20mm. I see it's in stock at amazon but for 300 more than B and H and newegg where its out of stock.

Ouch! That's bad. I've heard supply is going to run out because of Japan's troubles, since a lot of electronics are manufactured in Japan.
