I really like the images, but the music doesn't fit for me. Too high impact for the scenes shown.

It's hard to say what goes into a good reel.
When I'm directing and looking at reels of potential DPs, I like a bit more. The shots which are the most impressive to me are your dolly shots but they're over so fast I hardly notice them. The interviews look fine but they certainly aren't as impressive as the other stuff and even they're really fast. When I'm looking at a reel, I don't want to be impressed at how someone has cut to the music (which in this case is really jarring) but I want to get a sense of the things the DP is capable of. I feel robbed of that here since everything is gone so quickly and I don't even get a sense of the different pieces and what they're about.
