20 Zombies

Hey,

Just caught the flick. I liked what you tried to do for this piece. The black and white and the graininess definetely helped push the feel in the right direction.

The story left me a little cold. It seemed like a whole lot of talking that didn't go anywhere. I thought the twist was neat but again, it seemed to jump out of nowhere.

But it was a good effort and getting something done in time and uploaded is half the battle, right? Good work and hope to see more.

gotta love the beach ball out of nowhere!

campy zombie movies are cool with me! nothing wrong with them, the camera man was actually pretty good. maybe make the cuts quicker from camera man to the zombies. make it quick and snappy. didnt like the ending all that much either, maybe because it went from campy to somewhat intentionally not campy? good try!

Thanks for the Comments guys.

One thing we did notice on the ending is like 3 days ago for some reason we watched Micheal Jackson's Thriller and realized that the ending played out a lot like thriller... God there goes our credibility with kids....

Yeah, the ending was a little bit campy, but one thing is for sure... we didn't take ourselves seriously at any point of this production, lol..... I think that shows. Hell the circle transition came after watching some old 50's serial trailers.... overall we did have fun doin it though. Maybe a little more serious next time.

As if you can't tell, the only person in this production with any previous acting credits was Allison (on the chair in the b&w scene) and she had done some outdoor drama type stuff.... everyone else... off the street, lol.

Noooooooo! It was so much fun in black and white. And then color came in. I didn't like the ending, but I so enjoyed the first bit. Great makeup and location, cool backdrop with the gels in the background.
