Sure would like to see some details on that. Nowhere did it say "buy an HPX171, get two FREE 32GB cards" or anything, so maybe it's just some package deal but I would be quite surprised if they were including two 32GB cards.
Apparently someone over in Europe just needs to ask their authorized dealer about it and we can get the scoop...

It's a package deal :

UK£ 4 368.85 = 6 315.61 U.S. dollars
I called Panasonic Netherlands but I got an answering machine .

Hm, 4368 pounds is when you factor in VAT. For those of us in the US the price is about $5500 + shipping. When you consider that comes with 2x 32GB cards, it seems like quite a bargain.

So they're adding GBP1250 to the price for the two 32GB cards. That's about $1800 US. That's still pretty darn cheap.

to be honest I don't beleave it especially the sentence "for more information please visit your local dealer" after stalking them with e-mails the past year to tell me where my local dealer is without any reply !!!! So I probably have to go abroad to be able to buy a panasonic cam since the marcket here is nill.
Probably they want to get rid of the their stock in anticipation of the hpx300!!!
