120 fps with HVX200 possible? 64 Gigs for $200?

I have 2 HVX200's. Is it possible to synch them in such a way so #2 starts recording 1/120 of a sec after #1 starts? My idea is that if it does then I can combine the 2 60fps MXF's (one frame from #1 + one from #2 etc..) into one 1/120fps MXF.

If the above works then someone can do 240fps with 4 HVX's?

Also I've seen 32 Gigs:) USB mem sticks for $150 and 64 Gigs for $199.95, can one be used to backup the P2 card by directly connecting it to the camera?

The cameras would have to be in the exact same spot for it to look normal, if not, every other frame would be slightly off, I mean it would take a long time but I think you could mash 120 frames together but I really dont know how it would be worth it.

It can work perfect in stereoscopic slow motion for 3D and 4D movies I'm making.
My idea is to use Left and Right cameras and use frames: L1+R1=LR1, L1+R2=LR2, L2+R2=LR3 etc.

The question is how to make one start recording 1/120 sec later!

Yeah, that's not gonna work. You'd need to have a beamsplitter to project the same frame to both, and then you'd have to have some manner of genlock to precisely synchronize them, but it'd have to be more than that because it'd have to have a 120hz delay built in. And HVX's don't genlock. So, basically, a clever idea that can't work with today's equipment.

4Dmovies are 3Dmovies with an extra touch - a special fx procedure to increase the perception of depth. Some theme parks though refer to 4Dmovies as 3Dmovies with an extra feeling like cold, fog etc.

Since the HVX's don't genlock can I shoot at the same time with a diferent speed? That is if the Left Hvx shoots with 1/120 of a sec and the Right HVX shoots with 1/60 of the sec then I can have 2 diferent time shots for every of the 60fps = 120fps?

I control the 2 hvx's with the remote control so supposedly they start recording tthe same time.

I brought this up years ago wondering if we could do 60p on the DVX. :D It got into some pretty indepth discussion about wiring a second DVX recording section to the imager of the other and so fourth. But to make a long story short...no.
