Got my R5c yesterday. FXLION Nano One seems to work, but I'm not so sure this is a good solution. Would be better with P-tap to regulated USB-C power cable I think. USB-C is soldiered to the main board, so there will be expensive breakage at some point.
XF Utility won't show an image. It plays the footage and sound is coming out, but image part of the app is black. It worked just a few days ago. I suspect the latest update to Mac OS, 12.2. Updating to 12.2.1 didn't fix it. Any tips on how to get that image back in Canon XF Utility? Hardware is...

Ronin M: Need Cinemilled tilt extension rods to bring the weight lower for balance. And you will have some limitations in tilt due to the fact that the EVF can't be removed on the C300mk2. Will also need to stick to very lightweight lens. I haven't tried this setup...
Has anybody talked to any of the battery manufacturers about making a battery for C300mk2 with a P-tap? Now that Canon has moved to 14.4V batteries it would be very useful! (C300mk1 batteries with power tap in them weren't very useful due to the low voltage.) I have used Swit batteries in the...
New CFast cards announced by Lexar. 3600x & 3500x. 3600x works with Alexa/Amira. 3500x works with C300mk2. Why can't they make one card that works for both Arri and Canon? Does anybody know if this is a Canon issue that Canon are looking to fix? Or are we stuck with Sandisk 128GB cards (very...
