Hi I captured some squeezed DV footage as 8 bit uncompressed into FCP Studio 2 and found this banding at the top of the frame. I assumed it was because it was 720X486 instead of the 720X480, but I went back and recaptured as DV in 480 and it didn't get rid of it. I'm sure I'm just screwing...

I have some DV footage shot in 4:3 that needs to be 16:9. Is there a software program that will uprez the footage so that it can then be cropped properly? The framing is too tight just to throw letterbox on. Any possible solutions?
