So I have 3 tapes from a Sony EX1 and I am trying to capture using my Panasonic HVX 200 using Final Cut Pro. I am used to using P2 so I am a bit lost capturing from tape.
Help?
I am getting an error while trying to transfer video footage from one HD to another. Both are Firewire 800 but I keep getting an error "you do not have sufficient privileges"
The strange thing is that some of the files will go no problem, but some give me this error.
Any ideas?
So, I have a few clips that play just fine in the Log & Transfer window. Audio and video are great.
The problem is when I try and import them to FCP I get errors each time. It just won't transfer. (red exclamation point)
I have imported other footage from this particular shoot no problem...
I log and capture the MXF files and then gave the client the .mov files. When he plays the Quicktime files he gets audio with a white screen, no image. It works fine on my Quicktime. I have installed all of the codecs for Quicktime buts till nothing.
Any ideas out there?
So, I just shot 15 hours of 1080/24p footage and I love it!
The client would like to watch the footage now, and I want to post it online. Does anybody have any experience exporting in Final Cut Pro?
It keeps reverting back to 4:3...
