No video in Quicktime playback only audio

I log and capture the MXF files and then gave the client the .mov files. When he plays the Quicktime files he gets audio with a white screen, no image. It works fine on my Quicktime. I have installed all of the codecs for Quicktime buts till nothing.

Any ideas out there?
 
What platform? QuickTime on the PC doesn't support DVCProHD, and on the Mac you need to install the DVCProHD component that comes with FCP and FCS. The QuickTime from Apple's site does not include DVCProHD support.
 
Only FCP will install the DVCProHD codecs for QT.

And as THoff points out, there is no Apple Windows QT support for DVCProHD
