Hi all, I just purchased my first camcorder with a detachable lens. When storing the camera for few days without use should I detach the lens? If not, then should I get a lens support? Does the lens produce any harmful stress on the lens attachment in the camcorder? Thanks

Hello All I am having issues capturing from my XH A1 on mac. Both Avid and iMovie attempt to capture for 2 seconds, there is no preview on the screen although on my camera it plays the file for those 2 seconds, and then everything just aborts capture automatically. What's wrong? Is it my iMac...
