    24p Motion Jpeg VS 24p AVCHD

    I'm considering hacking my GH1 and installing the custom firmware. I have 2 questions about workflows. 1. What is the benefit of shooting 24p MJPEG vs 24p AVCHD? 2. What settings do you use to import MJPEG into your timeline? I usually set up my timeline in Premiere using AVCHD presets.
