Turns out that the computer was incorrectly naming the drives of the P2 card reader. A tech renamed the drives...works like a charm.

I did further research and discovered that XP Pro 64 bit is incompatible w/ P2. Stay tuned.

We just purchased the HPX 500P and the PCD 20 drive. I downloaded the PCD 20 diver, my Dell Comp recognizes the drive, but when I put in a P2 Card it tells me my drive is empty...What gives? TIA Edward
