Computer not reading P2 Cards

We just got new computers w/ Adobe Production Premium CS3 installed and I've installed the driver for the Panasonic AJ-PCD20, but I'm still unable to see the media on the P2 cards. The card reader shows up in "My Computer" but when I click on it it starts to install the drivers and then I get an error message thaat the wizard was interrupted before panasonic P2 Drivers coud be completely installed.

The computer is a Dell T7400 w/ Intel Xeon quad-core processors @ 3 Ghz running XP Pro x64 with 8 GB of Ram and an 800 GB Hard Drive.

I've also have the P2 Viewer installed. I can see that there is media on the P2 cards, but can't play the media with the viewer.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.:zombie_smiley:

Did you install the P2 card driver as well or just the PCD20 driver.? check that.

cheers

Turns out that the computer was incorrectly naming the drives of the P2 card reader. A tech renamed the drives...works like a charm.

Tom, unfortunately we can't purchase Mac's. IS won't attach them to our network.
