NETHERBORN - Directed by Mark T. Aro

Only the one shot from the second day of shooting? I guess you don't want to give away too much eh?

I agree... Don't give away too much. GREAT GRABS!!!

Mark, Hypercam is completely rebuilt and ready for the weekend shoot. I am still working on the dual use for the Hyperglide rig. I will be picking up the inexpensive harness today.

Let me rephrase... more to come soon... meaning after this weekend, but no... I will not give anything key away... Right now they are just pretty shots with no context... I intend on keeping it that way!

Please in the love of all that is Holy... Stop with the SUMO thing!

NOT YOU TOO LARRY!

I had such hi hopes, but alas you are just another FREAK.... One of US!

The Animated fairy winged one is my favorite... it is just so wrong!

The second weekend of NETHERBORN went well from my view. Mark, you really have a beautiful set of shots there. I was glad to help.

I was glad to help as well, I love working with the group, everyone is so great.

You did an excellent job. Having loyal, hardworking guys like you on the set is a great blessing Tyler. Matt and I were talking after today's Impossible Race shoot and we both agree that committed people are why HYPERACTIVE STUDIOS is doing so well. Better things to come too! :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

I bet Mark isn't sleeping but is editing his fingers off about now. (Drool, drool, what great shots yesterday!!!!) :lipsrseal

I only wish I could have been there. HOWEVER the food at the wedding I went to was amazing. I must have eaten $300 worth of food this weekend. I tried caviar for the first time too. I have to say, I'm not a fan! ANYWAY hurry up and post some grabs so I can see what I missed!!!!! So is it wrapped? Or do I get the pleasure of not sleeping next weekend??? By the way, I'm back in case you didn't catch that! C-ya soon!

Gary,
Like I have said before, you were awesome. Your help is always invaluable. I am so appreciative of your patience, excitment and continual dedication. I really can't thank you enough!

Tyler,

I definitely aggree with Gary about teamwork and dedication. I think I can speak for all of us when I say that you are always welcome on our sets.

Yes gary... I did not get to sleep in... argh!

I am happily VFX'ing PUSH. I have to get some stuff to Matt, Mike and Justin (Edgen) soon so they can finish their jobs. I wish would have been at todays shoot. I heard my son did well and I heard you were also a little short handed. But also heard that things worked out. I will give Troy a call tomorrow and see how he is doing.

Shane,

The shoot went very well. We got some absolutely beautiful footage. If you can swing it, I would like to abuse you a little on Thursday from about 4:00 until late in the evening. We are shooting the Cemetery and then back to my place for a bunch of effects shots. Can you do it? Let me know!

Thanks for the use of your toys, they came in very handy, but you were missed just in case you wondered. We don't like you just for your toys!:2vrolijk_08:

yes shane sorry you couldnt make it, Marks shots were so amazing! Very Nice! Thanks so much Shane for letting us barrow your equipment. Your the man!

I want to barrow your colt following!:shocked::shocked::happy:

Troy, make sure one of us sees your final edit before you lock it down... just to spell-check you. But, we love you man! :love4:

I missed you too. Your lost artistic flair of flamboyant creativity was a gaping black hole of vacantness in the fabric of our lives on Sunday. :crybaby:

Both your little guys were really fun. I especially liked it when they attacked my Hypercam tool box... while I was running the Hypercam... and pulled out the ball bearings from my extra Hypercam bearing races and were putting together my bolts, washers and hexnuts to make things all over the work table. Instant erector set! No harm no foul though. They are fertile, active minds looking for things to do. I am thinking of bringing a huge LEGO set with me on the next shoots where the only fun is my tools and fasteners. That'll keep 'em busy... for a minute or two.

If you look at the PUSH thread, I am starting to build the HYPERCRANE. I would welcome your input as to what you would like to see in the unit beyond what I have posted. :dankk2: I may be a little late on Thursday as I have a meeting after school. Dang it! :zombie_smiley: ahga ahga ahga ahga ahga (think zombie head noise) :)

No worries... gotta keep that day job... for now!

Sorry about the toolbox. They are very curious like dad... gotta see how things work and how to make them into something else... I am sure you understand! :D

I will get my mind going on the hyper crane. I would actually like to bring you in here and have you look at the one that we have here so you can possibly steal some ideas from it.

I also want to start thinking of seeing what it would take to build a Push dolly of some sort.

Here's a couple of examples:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/135675-REG/Matthews_395100_Doorway_Dolly.html

The ideal thing to have would be something like this:

MAN! I can't believe the prices on those go-kart frames with platforms on them. I am not understanding why they just use go-kart style steering and don't use dual steering front and rear... It is easy to set up. You can link it to steer both sets of wheels or just one with the flip of a pin. I will get to that after the Hypercrane is done. :kali:

I want to see the crane at your work. I will compare it to the design I made today. I am thinking of a 4' modular base where the hinge goes... and two modules that are identical of 6' each. Then later I build a third module of 6' also. That will give a: 7', 13', and 19' reach in front of the hinge. :engel017:
