How To Batch Delete Locked P2 Files

every time i download the p2 cards, the files on them end up as locked files on my mac. so when it comes time to delete them my trash won't allow me to delete these locked files. the only way i know how to unlock the files is to go to 'get info' and manually uncheck the file locked checkbox.

when there is literally hundreds and hundreds of files, this proves to be HORRIBLE.

please help me.....:violin:

i am not talking about deleting the files from the cards themselves. i am talking about deleting them from my external hard drives.....

any advice there?

also, where can i download that p2 format software?

thanks.

Drag the file to the trash, select the trash, then hold down the option key and hit the delete key

I've tried this and it doesn't work for me. I'm selecting trash from the Doc. Then I've tried holding option and hitting delete, selecting the files in the trash and hitting delete, and twirling down the gear and selecting the option "Empty trash". I've tried using both delete keys, right clicking on the file and selecting "Empty trash", holding down shift/opt/del, cont/comd/del, shift/opt/comd/ del, and every other combination I can think of. How are you guys holding your jaw? Do I have to spin around 3 times and spit?

Drag the file to the trash, select the trash, then hold down the option key and hit the delete key
