What's wrong with Magic Bullet and DVX Book offer?

Can I get a tacking number Jan? I Emailed ACB, and I know they are busy, but it's been over a week with no reply. I would really like nothing more than to be posting about a happy ending, but there is no end in sight. Since UPS lost the first shipment I would be more than happy to follow this one.

But we deserve the right to be fulfilled all our expectations, as we agreed buying supposedly from 'authorized dealers' and paying higher prices in order to get original rigs with USA warranties, no 'grey market' and with the option to get the DVX book and DVD, the software Magic Bullet and the rebate check for $500.00. You said we have to give a break to Jan? We have been waiting for a long time, and we hear only promises but nothing at this time has been true. Over three months don't you think that is more than enough time to these guys ship our stuffs?
Usually all the carriers companies in the USA provide a tracking number, I ask finally Jan or someone else who it may concerns, send us a PM with our tracking number to at least have a clue where our books and software are.:huh:

I haven't read this entire thread, but I mailed both the DVX and HVX rebates at the same time in early February as I bought the cams within a month of each other.

I got my DVX $500 check as well as my HVX book & P2 card all around the same time, but no sign of the DVX book & software as of yet.

I too have not received my check or book, but I don't believe Jan, Barry or anyone else in this forum should be held responsible for whether or not I bought a dvx, where I bought it, and the status of my rebate.

I am grateful that Jan has offered up as much info as possible, and in the big picture, I don't think Jan probably feels the need to lie, or purposely give mis-information about anything regarding this forum, especially to someone so unimportant as yourself.


I'm pretty sure most dvxusers are here to share experiences in a positive light and not berate and/or use this forum as a vehicle for complaining.

Although, it seems to be you're (abusively) tracking control of my private life, you ignore that I bought two rigs from different places, and ironically the one I got from Beach which is not supposed to be an authorized dealer, received everything OK, but none from the other place which is a very known authorized dealer (name omitted).
Finally guy I do understand that Jan, as Barry and many members of this forum are kind of person whose can defend by themselves, they don't need your 'help', all of them are very interested on resolve this problem and I'm sure they feel good.!
Moreover, I do believe in the Freedom of Speech, and I deserve the right of say whatever I wanna say, so if you think we're in Cuba or Russia nor China, you're wrong, first learn to respect the right of each others. Very simple, if you don't like this thread don't read it... period.!:violent5:

Trust me, I would be more than happy to talk about other issues. Give me what I bought, so I can start asking more technical questions, instead of, how do you get what you paid for?

ACB ...... I personally think you are lazy, complacent and have done more damage than good. Just give me a tracking number. First one, second one,, any tracking number. Please, pretty please. HElP, I thought that is what this page was for. Other people with a common interest, helping each other.

I just got my book and software in the mail yesterday. Sure it took a little while (got rebate check in early april) but I ended up getting it.

So for those that are still waiting you should probably be getting yours soon.

Jan, I know this should be true but, YA. It's been weeks since I started asking for that, and yet no reply. That's the worst. So as great as you are, and I'm not being funny. They (ACB) are not replying or returning phone calls.
 
Yeah ACB really sucks. I was wondering I sent my stuff in 2 months ago and have not recieved the books, software, or $500 check. Is this normal, how long did it take you guys to get your check. I sent everything in the sheet asked for was there something else I didn't do that I needed to do. Please answer

Jan, not to keep beating this dead horse, BUT I know something will happen eventually. The problem I have is, eventually Panasonic will come out with new stuff. Red Giant will have new versions of software. Barry may write new books. So, time is of the essence. People make decisions when to buy for reasons, based on all the available information.

Look it has been two and a half weeks since I was told UPS lost my order. Months before that. Fine, can I get that tracking number? Can I get a new tracking number? Can you get ACB to reply or return a phone call? Just please, anything. Not like I'm asking for all my wasted time back. Or an extension of the warranty?

Thank you for the tracking number Jan and I have received the software and book (5/11/07). By you responding to me on this website (and you didn't have to) I have gain confidence in your ability to resolve matters quickly. When I received my book and software I could have just forgotten about your assistance and not thank you, but like I said in my last message "I'm an objective person" so I must give credit where credit is due.
Now I can get to making videos to help children with autism learn to communicate effectively.

OK, so what is the secret to getting a tracking number?

Please don't state the obvious, I'm looking for a real answer!

Has anyone got there book and software after purchasing this camera, after April 1, 2007? Or do they ship in December?

How many month does it take UPS to get a package from NJ to PA?

This not a trick question, just thought we could start a little pool. The closest gets a free DV tape. UPS drivers can play too.

Call the rebate center. Only they can answer your question, nobody else can.

I went through this exact same issue with not having my cheque mailed as fast (I got the book and software fast), but I spoke with Jan via this forum and it was resolved rather quickly.

You may think I have no right to post anything to any of you, but think about it - the fact that she's responding, on a MESSAGE BOARD should show some sort of dedication to her customers. She can't give you the tracking number; don't you know how tracking numbers work? Delivery companies give those out.

Everyone's posts are becoming redundant and cynical. You may have paid for a product that you have not yet recieved, but it's being worked on. What more can you ask for in terms of Jan or anyone else on this forum?

I don't belive I'm asking the wrong person. Jan may not have the tracking number. I do understand how the shipping thing works, but she can call and talk to someone at ACB, I think they would have the tracking number. Now if I could do this direct I would. I am requesting a tracking number, still. The rant part is to keep it in front of people. Your post, as well as Barry shows it works. I would love to drop this subject, trust me, it's just as old for me.My tracking would shut me up. I am still calling, 1-866-339-4296, not just a rant with no other effort.
