Hi Barry. I teach high school video and broadcasting. I am hoping you can answer this question for me. How does the picture of the fz2500 compare to the CX350? I understand you get a lot more with the CX350, but they both have 1" type sensors. If film something with the same settings, lets say MOV, 29.97, and 100Mb/sec, would the image be the same or similar? I work at a high school and we can buy 3 of the Cx350s or 10 FZ2500 for our students. Just trying to make the best decision. I like the CX350 and build on it next year, but all the decision makers see is 3 vs 10 cameras.
Thank you for your time.

I never mentioned anyone by name or title, so you are assuming something, and i find that offensive. But if i had, i was talking to a news person and world events cause additional work and therefore take time away from replying to forum posts. However you are being inconsiderate and speaking of it in a way to correct a stranger rather than being stoic and leaving it alone.
As for not having a clue about exposure, i have to disagree. I left open a space for other dvxuser members to contribute to the solution. this forum is a collective, and i hope those that want to contribute can. At the same time, since i am more active than most, i wanted to give the OP a quick few helps, just to make sure they knew they were on the right track moving forward. Was it complete information? no. it was partial. Dvxuser is not my occupation, and I am not a video educator. i’ll help as i can.
I write and reply on about 10 different threads here regularly. if that is too much, you have to blame the pace at which other people post. i am sorry. if you start a thread i will respect your emotions and not post on your threads.
