zoom H2 H4 plural eyes and 24p

I have been reading of many people using the zoom recorders for audio when using your 5d or 7d
my question is, the zoom recorders have a setting for 24p and 30p recording? or does plural eyes make the nessesary changes in order to sync appropriately?

No such setting is needed. Just record at whatever setting you like and PluralEyes and the NLEs will deal with it.

You probably want to end up at 48kHz and 16 bits, but many prefer to record first at higher settings (96kHz and/or 24 bits) for better quality.

If you are using Final Cut Pro you have to be a little careful of your project settings, but that's not too hard and all works well after that. Details are here:

my guess is that I am doing something wrong because I tried to sync some clips using pluraleyes with some audio from the zoom and it did for some clips but it created a new sequence for each clip! is this correct?
