Zenitar 16mm f2.8 or Olympus 17mm f2.8 ?

I'm looking to get a wide lens (14-18mm) for video work within my $200 budget and had some questions. If I use the Olympus to focus manually, is it noisy or only noisy if using AF? I also read that the Zenitar 16mm will not distort on the GH1 so no fisheye effect which is great since it's a 16mm lens. I was also thinking about the Sigma 18-50 2.8-4.5 SLD.
I have the Vivitar 28mm f2.5 which I really like and want to get something wider to match with this lens.

well these are my options as I don't want to spend more than $250 on this lens. Any input on those lenses?
 
The Zenitar 16/2.8 still distorts on my GH1 or GH2. Being a fisheye design, it's still wider than the 16mm would indicate. Focus is really not much of an issue.. the scale only goes up to 1.2m. You really don't need to focus unless the subject is quite close.
