Zeiss ZF lenses on GH1

Hi all,

Has anyone been using the Zeiss ZF lenses with F to m4/3 adapter on they're GH1.
My real question is (before I but) how is the:
Zeiss Telephoto 85mm f/1.4 ZF Planar“
or Zeiss Normal 50mm f/1.4 ZF Planar T
working for you. I'm taking into consider the 2x crop factor (turning the 85mm into a 170mm and the 50mm into a 100mm).

Please: looking for comments from real users of the ZF lenses on the GH1.

Not the exact lens you're asking about, but I'm using the Zeiss Ikon 100mm f/2.0 Makro Planar ZF with a Novoflex adapter and loving it on the GH1.
 
The ZF lenses are gorgeous on the GH1, but they're also massive overkill. You won't get an actually sharper image out of a ZF than you will out of the stock lens.
 
Its a nice lens, however, I don't like the CA once you open up the iris. Look online, I know I saw a comparison with a Canon lens in the same price range and it had a ton of pictures at every f-stop.

I did see the tread with both photo and video results Zeiss vs Kit lens.
I did not see the Canon vs Zeiss. So we'll see how badly I did when the
ZF lenes come (85mm Tele Planar and 50mm Planar).
I do own some old Minolta MC mount lenses: Seikanon 28mm f2.8 macro and a 500mm 1.8 mirror lens and should get both F and MC adapters within the same week (hopefully).

As you have probably already guessed I am primarily a video guy wt little to no Photo/film
background. I deeply appreciate being steered in the right direction. I'll be using the GH1
for HD video inside the studio and staged interviews (alot) with some out side as well.
