Has anyone used these on a T2i to shoot video?

21mm f2.8, 35mm f2 and 50mm f1.4

Will the settings show up in live view, or will this be totally manual with these lenses?

Hate to break it to you, but those are rangefinder lenses similar to leica m and they will not work on dslr to get infinity focus as the flange distance is too short (the lens would need to be mounted inside the camera body :)). The will probably work perfectly on micro four thirds (leica m lenses do). Do some research before you commit to anything.
