C300: ZEISS CP.3 vs Canon Cinema Prime

I am trying to figure out which one of these would be better. Does anyone have any data on the sharpness or overall quality of the lenses? I am leaning towards the canon for my c300 mark II because I like the fact that it sends over the camera data to the EV. Thoughts?

Canon primes match with the Canon cinema zooms. The Zeiss cinema zooms are odd focal lengths to me. 15-30 is less than 15.5-47. 28-80 is less than 30-105. 70-200 is less than 30-300 (though these two lenses may be less comparable due to price point and size). With Zeiss capping out at 80mm before getting the 70-200, I feel it's more necessary to have all three of the cine zooms, while with Canon you can more easily get away with just two. The Canon CN-e's will also match better with your L-series lenses which you likely will still want depending on the situation for the sake of auto-focus as well as being smaller and lighter.

It is safe to assume that the color science behind the cameras and the lenses is compatible, but they also both a bit warm. Test the zeiss out. I really liked the way zeiss looked on the 1DC, better than L series glass. But I haven't ever used the CN-E/Canon Camera combo. The lens flare coating on zeiss is pretty amazing, but the Canon glass may have a softer contrast ration.
