really loving the images i'm getting when zoomed in and iris near f4-5.6!!

custom Cine-V scenefile. lowered coring this time to try to preserve detail/sharpness. applied sharpening in the edit, then again with some noise reduction on the final render.
pissed i didn't catch the bad lighting on the man's nose during the interview!
my workflow =
1. [capture] AVCHD-24mbps 1080_30p
2. [edit] DNxHD-36mbps 1080_30p
3. [rendered] DNxHD-75mbps 720_30p
4. [Youtube master] H.264_MP4-10mbps 720_30p
I shoot 1080, but edit in 720 project. Then pass it to TMPGEnc for noise removal and contour sharpening and conversion to H.264/mp4.

in hindsight, i should've killed the 6th shot (one of my babies) with the long dipping pan that is sped up too fast to really appreciate.....it's just distracting and doesn't work as well as a static wide shot would've.
