Z-Finder JR has no diopter, so if you need that (or would prefer the flexibility at some point) keep that in mind. Also, I think I would prefer the new gorilla plate mounting of the Pro Z-Finders.
I just ordered a V2 Z-Finder (only 3x) from B&H, it will arrive this Friday. I was a little hesitant of 3x, so I was excited they announced a 2.5x option. I will let you know what I think of the 3x zoom when I get it.

Have the Z-Finder V2 (3x Magnification). Lovin it on the T2i. Worth every penny. (although, the newer ones with the anti-fog coating on the glass will be that much more awesome)
Even though I wear glasses (and don't always take them off to shoot), I found that the diopter, while very adjustable, didn't really change anything for me. Not that I need extender frames or anything, just that the LCD remains generally sharp for the extent of the diopter's range.
