Z-Finder and dizziness??

I feel like a major wimp here, but I just tried out my new Z-Finder extensively today and I actually got pretty dizzy and it gave me a pretty bad headache and neck ache.

My last project I shot with an Eclair ACL 16mm camera which was eyepiece only, but it was rotatable and not fixed, so no headaches.

Has anyone else experienced this with the Z-Finder? Am I crazy? Does it just go away after using it for a bit and I will get used to it. Should I now take Dramamine when filming?

Any tips to avoid dizziness?

It used to drive me nuts when I first started using it, but then I eventually got used to it. I think the trick is to only focus your eye on specific parts of the frame when focusing and then kind of relax your eye and just keep the subject in frame. That being said, that's exactly what I did when using the viewfinder on video cameras too.
