The first one on the page. Yet again i fail to use a cable cam or dolly... :(. But i did bring a ladder with me this time, whoot!

I really liked it man. Really nice shots and riding! You footage is really helping me make my next camera decision.

I'm considering the DVX100 for some action sport docs/films mainly because of it's price compared to the HVX/HMC. When you burn your footage straight to DVD and view it on a decent TV/LCD how would you say it compares to say that of Seasons (which was shot on HVX's but burned as SD)?

Thanks man.

looks good!!!!! what did you shoot in...60i - 30p - 24p also what shutter speed ( if you dont mind me asking )

Thanks

Glad you liked it dude. It looks great on a 30 inch SDTV, and pretty decent on a 30 inch 720p set. Comparing it to Seasons (a combination of HVX and s16mm) isnt really fair since there using much higher end compression then I have avalible. However, it holds its own against it, and when I compare it to ROAM (shot all 16mm and DVX) it looks awesome. Slomo is the biggest downfall of the DVX since your limited to half resolution 60fps or full rez 30fps.

Cabrera, I shot all the realtime stuff in 24pA and all the slomo in 60i. Shutter was 120 for everything if I remember correctly.
