GH5 Yellowish dots on GH5 screen

These yellowish dots appeared on my Gh5 screen one at a time while I was using it.
Also the dots does not appear in the EVF.
Is there a way to correct this? The camera is out of warranty.

Have you taken a still image under the same condition to make sure those dots are not in the image?

If the image is really fine, then you are looking at an LCD replacement which is probably a trip back to Panasonic for repair, I'd like to think that would only be a couple hundred dollars, but you never know.

Looks like sun damage. Burns in the LCD layer. As said above probably and sadly replacement time.

If it's LCD replacement, it will set you back more than 400 US.

$400? That's almost half the used price on the camera! I'd probably buy a used camera and keep the damaged one for B cam stuff. Or I'd buy an LCD and change it myself, but it may not b an easy repair. Risky part is pulling the display apart, not the easiest of project (but not the hardest either from my point of view). I've had the GH2 all apart and it had some tricks.
