xlh1 progressive or interlaced for mobile phone

I have been asked to shoot a 30 sec film for crime stoppers about knife crime, this will go on mobile phones, so my shots are all close and personal. My question is if I am shooting this fast paced advert, would i be better shooting interlaced or progressive?

Any thoughts?

I'm surprised nobody has answered your question yet. You should always shoot in the same format as your target - in this case, progressive.
