Tried out an XL2 recently and found that the end search function doesn't work like how I'm used to on the AG-DVX100. From what I understand, I press End Search and the camera should take me to the last recorded part of a tape just before any unrecorded space.
The End Search button on the XL2 does not work this way. Is it me, or is there something I'm doing wrong? I'd hate to have to rewind/fast forward to every blank space before I start recording on the XL2. The AG-DVX100A was better in this regard.
