Yes, not an XL2 but an XL1. With XL footage in short supply thought I'd snoop around and found this guy from England doing some stuff.
I won't get into any serious critiques, just thought I'd post the link and let you guys take a gander yourself.

Yeah ... XL1 with mini 35!

Not to take away from the footage, but there was rack and shallow DOF all over the place and mini 35 is why.

I THINK it was a good story? I didn't get the twist.

Did look great though, great resolution and color balance.
