XHA1 / FCP - Importing Settings?

I'm using Final Cut Studio 1 (but the most recent version) and I can't seem to find the proper settings for the XHA1 for importing. Can anyone help me out here? I use the "easy setup" now, but it's horrible. Anyone know the proper settings?

What frame rate did you shoot at?

I shoot at 24F, 1/48th shutter speed, 1080i, Letus Flip Enhanced, and with Nikon Lenses. I found a bunch of forums saying that they use the "easy setup" but everytime I use easy-setup, the speed is increased (maybe I'm using the wrong frame-rate in easy-setup), but regardless of that, I always get squished images...NO MATTER WHAT. I can't seem to get this thing down.

I'd appreciate ANY help you can give.

Choose the easy setup labeled HDV - 1080p24. That should work.
