XHA1 and HV20 Question: Timecode

I'm doing an interview on Thursday and the main camera will be the A1. I'll use the HV20 as a b-roll.

What setting would you put for timecode in the XHA1? and the HV20?

Thanks. I went ahead and installed the DoubleTake freeware from VASST for VEGAS 7. It works great. I just need to remember to create a marker when I shoot the interview to sync up the video.
