XH-A1 Timecode breaks and pics up where left off, no A/V for 2 minutes

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue? I recorded an interview that when reviewed on the tape has what appears to be a 2 minute timecode break gap(blue screen, no numbers in TC) and then A/V returns with timecode intact(NOT 00:00:00:00) So it recorded a TC track to the tape, but left out everything else? Thanks.

Seen something similar on other forums with no absolute answers .. try a camera reset instructions in the manual.
