XH-A1 Menu layout / map?

Is there a map that shows what every menu function does? Like with the Red camera there's a menu map show where to access every function:

I'm almost positive that there's one in the manual. It gives you the layout, but I dont think it gives you descriptions of what each function does, maybe references to where you can find those descriptions elsewhere in the manual though.
