XH A1 Custom presets menu

Hello!

I have just recently bought this adorable camcorder, but only just few hours ago I noticed a severe problem.
When I go to the custom presets menu, I can only see 17 options. Some of which are missing are very significant indeed. These include GAM, PED, SET, just to name few. There are these black blanks in there were these options should be positioned.

What's up with that? :huh:
 
Is the camera set to camera mode and not play mode? Also, you should download the free tool to create custom presets that you can load onto the SD card. It's much easier. You can google for that tool.
 
I googled and found no free tool anywhere as this has caught my attention :) can you give a few more details to help me locate this?

Yes, that is one of the two that I use. One is as good as the other, IMO. Either is much easier to use than the built in menu options on the A1.
