XH A1 confused UK user.

Hi

I have just bought an XHA1. I am a bit confused as to what settings I should use. In the 25f setting the picture looks a bit jerky, Is this the "filmlook" I have heard mentioned. The 50i setting looks a lot cleaner. Which should I be using for general shooting? I am only shooting SD at the moment.

Also I a bit confused over all this talk of shooting interlaced and de-interlacing in post production. could anyone shed a bit of light on this and explain (in simple terms) what that means.

Make sure you select a 1/50 shutterspeed (or faster when needed) - not the default 1/25.
