I am looking for a good video camera that will handle autofocusing. I know that autofocusing is not recommend in most situations but I have a situation where autofocusing may be an absolute requirement - filming actors while on stage and quickly moving amongst them. I was going to buy the Panasonic AC160 but current owners indiacted that the autofocus may not be as efficient as I need. Is the Canon XF305 any better?
Can you point me to other reasources regarding this issue for the XF305?
I saw videos of the Canon 70D DSLR autofocus in action and it looked amazing but I am not, at the moment, at least, seriously considering a DSLR.
Thanks in advance for your comments.
