XF300 raw footage

Does anyone have, or know where I can get, a raw, unedited MXF file straight off a XF300? It can be anything and 10-15 seconds should be fine. Thanks

If nobody beats me to it, I can upload one when I get home from work. Beware that the mxf files are not QuickTime/fcp friendly without expensive plug-ins, although VLC will play them if all you want to do is look at it.

It's looking like nothing I have on a hard drive is in mxf format - I'm uploading an mxf-to-prores import right now, but I can break out the camera and film something quick for you tomorrow if that's not good enough.

Hi,

Thanks for the consideration. I'm not looking for anything tranacoded....vimeo and youtube do it. I'd like to see the actual raw camera footage straight off the memory card.

You have to transcode it anyway to use it in an NLE, so that's typically how you're going to get footage from an XF300. Vimeo normally does host the original file you upload to them without further reencoding, but after uploading a 375MB file, it looks like they won't process 1080p prores anyway and won't host a file that they can't process. Here's the link in case it decides to start working:

Vegas 10.c handles them natively also. No problems. They have been around for awhile.
