XF300 and Kata One Man Band bag?

Perhaps I am not the best googler/searcher on the intertoobs, but I cannot find anyone using this combo.
Does the Kata OMB in any size accommodate the XF300? With or w/out hood attached? Kata's website is pretty worthless and klunky.
If you have another airline carry-on solution that packs a 15" laptop, I would appreciate that too.
Currently running from continent to continent with a Panny HVX200 in a LowePro Trekker wheelie backpack. Everything just shoehorns in perfectly. Problem is, my first cam was an XL1, and I have never forgotten the sweetness of the Canon ergonomics. Gotta get back to 'em.

Okay, I understand the dearth of responses.
I never understood the "please recommend _______ for me" posts either.
How about this?
Do you find that the Kata OMB bags fit easily into overheads on planes? I've gotten really good at convincing flight staff to let me on with my overstuffed LowePro, just wanna know that I can get a Kata on too.
