C300: XF Utility and manual questions

I use C300 and use the Canon XF utility to download the footage. Today is the first day of shooting with a C300 Mark II. Since the files have .mxf so I just copied the files by finder to my hard disk. However, while downloading the C300 Mark I footage by Canon XF utility, it now refuses to recognise my harddisk saying it contains incompatible media from another camcorder. WTF. The Canon XF Utility should look at the appropriate files of the Mark I, but it won't. What to do?

Also, I am using the C300 II in the field without the manual. Can anyone give me the link to download the C300 Mark II manual.

You need Canon XF Utility for XF-AVC. In it's 'wisdom' Canon decided to make a whole new XF Utility software for the new codecs.
