WTB: Century 0.3 lens & DVX book & DVD

[boosh]

Looking for a Century 0.3 death lens bayonet mount for my dvx100A and also want to get a copy of Barry Greens dvx book & DVD guide.

Have to be able to ship to me in raining old England.

Thanks
