I was wondering if you guys would be interested in a video tutorial on how to encode FREE HD lossless XViD. I made a tutorial for it yesterday, its about 30mins long and requires a bit more computer knowledge than the other tutorials that i have made. It basically uses 3 free tools to encode great looking hd xvid. It just requires more brain power. I was trying to encode it for the web last night but it was going too slow and my girlfriend wanted me to turn my loud 10 fan machine off so she could sleep. lol. I know us A1/G1 users have all become a community here so i figured i would ask if anyone wants it before i spend the time to make it dandy for the web.

i think this will be a great tutorial because people will come out of this learning a lot about encoding things the proper "real" way.

I need all the help I can get (my A1 just arrived on Wednesday), so yes, please!

not to sound all important like the coming of christ, but have you checked out my other A1 related tutorials? They should help new A1 users, i was a new a1 user myself about a month ago. Ive just been trying to gather all the accurate information i can so i can share it with others.

coming of christ!!
-t-h-e-w-h-o, maybe you should make an online guide book for the A1 together with elton or somethin :D

does it include? debugmode, vdub/xvid, mplayer? ;P

looking forward to it.

Also looking forward to it. Elton's video of the A1 and H1 rolling together was really well encoded with DivX. It was something like 4 minutes, and around 200mb, but looked as good as my .m2t files.
