Would this suction cup work with a dslr?

Also this says that the screw head (pin) is 5/8, to my understanding these cameras are 1/4?

Thanks for the help people

The description says it has a 5/8" pin (on the side) that you pump. The bolt/screw on top where the camera mounts appears to be standard-issue 1/4"-20.

Yes it will work pretty well for a DSLR.

Some tips:
Make the suction area slightly damp. Apparently a bit of soapiness is even better.
The camera will probably be shaking a little bit, especially if you have a heavy lens on. I have fixed this by taping/tying the end of the lens down to whatever surface it's on.
If you're going over 30mph, or if the road is bumpy, you should definitely safety the camera.
Check the red line often to make sure the suction is still strong. Some surfaces lose suction faster than others.
