Ah yes. We finally got rid of one of the biggest ahole anchors ever. Being in studio with this guy was like treading on thin ice always. I had been personally reemed out by him on multiple occasions for the littlest of things. One thing he said to me has become a classic at my station... after our normal 4 hour broadcast I go to the breakroom where everyone is getting food leftover from our kitchen segment. This is right when the Haiti earthquake was top story. So, I'm piling some food on a plate and this ogre says(loud and infront of everyone), "You look like a Haitian" Now I do have long hair and a beard and usually wear kind of baggy clothing. In my mind I'm braindead after the 4hour chyronbinge, I'm like should I take this as a compliment as I think the Haitian people are beautiful and acletic. Then my brain starts functioning again(mind you we've been up since 3am) and I'm like "damn, given the current situation in their country that is totally uncalled for!" Thank God that meathead diva is gone!
