Nope it is a map . . . what you are seeing is the Mediterranean . . . the tummy is turning into a globe held by the mother to signify that she is pregnant with humanity kind of thing. This shot is mid-transition, just thought it was a cool place to framegrab ;D . . . BTW that is my baby girl in there ;D

nope just used a globe pic and matched the camera angle with the globe pic . . . did the trick ;D

I love the door shot. Very cool door. There is something about it that makes it look like a miniature.

As for the belly, I like the clean shot. The map (in still frame) makes it look like she has some skin condition.
