C200: Wooden Camera PL Mount Modification for Canon C200 Now Available

As someone who had the PL conversion done to their C200, I'm mixed on this. On the one hand, I now know how to swap back and forth thanks to the video (I didn't know how to safely remove the ribbon cable for the EF contacts board) but on the other hand, the PL mount from Wooden Camera looks better than what I have from Canon so I'm a little butt hurt lol (not to mention the cost but the first job I had with the C200 paid for the PL conversion so whatever).

I will note there is apparently a limitation with the Wooden Camera one if you read the fine print - "While the vast majority of lenses are compatible, due to the ND filter turret on the Canon C200, lenses with a rear protrusion longer than 33.5mm, measured from the PL flange, are not compatible."

My hope is that this will pressure Canon into publishing their own documentation or video on how to do the swap ourselves.

Do you own a lot of PL glass or do you rent? Do you mostly shoot with ACs or just manually focus by yourself? Just curious. I love PL glass when I have an AC, but for me, DPAF was the biggest factor in buying the C200, run & gun documentary, nailing manual focus in 4K in adverse conditions on moving subjects is sometimes nearly impossible.

I work in a rental house with access to a TON of PL glass I definitely love DPAF tho, I currently have the camera in EF mode.
