Wireless Mic for Interviews

Hey guys,

Starting to get into on the spot interviews and am totally new to the mic stuff. I am looking for something to get me going. Doesnt need to be break the bank. Maybe something that is good at cutting out on the background noise. My interview will need to hold it and I would eventually like to add the "logo box" that goes round the mic to show some branding. Any suggestions would be great!

woops... it is for an xha1 so I thought I would post it in here to make sure the suggestions were for the right camera type.. sorry
