I just watched the piece. I thought you guys did good work and all the effort you talked about showed through.
The snow sequence was definitely visually stimulating, as was the entire outdoor section. I have to agree with others though and say that I didn't think the two parts matched up very well. It did feel like two different films almost, but I understood how they connected when I took a mental step back and reevaluated.
I also didn't quite feel a strong kind of any emotion with the ***spoiler*** reveal of the nymph ***end spoiler*** where I thought I should have. I didn't know that the boy was looking for her or why he was journeying so I couldn't quite connect.
All in all I thought it was an entertaining film with a few minor story problems that kept it from being great.
